artischocken erinnern mich immer an stundenlange schlemmereien im bretonischen ferienhaus. und wenn sie dann noch so gezeichnet sind, möchte man sofort einige verspeisen, vorher werden sie aber noch in geschmolzene salzbutter mit creme fraiche getunkt. mmmhhhh!
